Thank you for purchasing with COOLSIFY. We have two different fulfilment centers in Japan and Hong Kong and your purchases can be delivered from all over the world, fulfilled by e-Express, Fedex, UPS, USPS, ECMC or EMS with tracking code. The delivery cost is shown during the checkout process.

UK and Europe
- Orders shipped from our Spain warehouse via GLS, arriving in 4-12 business days
- All customs duties are included in the pricing, so you don't need to pay any import fees
Australia and New Zealand

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible in order to prevent customers waiting any longer than necessary to receive their products.
Our system will flag and hold orders that appear to be undeliverable, but in cases where the transaction processes successfully, orders will be forwarded to the dispatch phase upon completion of the transaction.
Delivery time usually takes an average of 8-12 business days, depending on your location.
Most orders are delivered within 12 business days, however, in some cases, it may take longer, and up to 3 weeks.

Tracking
Once placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive an order shipping email with shipping document number.
Please click on the "Track Your Order" page and enter your tracking number to inquire. It shows an estimated delivery updates for each stage of shipment in your order.
Wrong address
Buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct and incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Redelivery due to incomplete address will incur a $9 fee.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.
Important Notes
- Processing time is 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Estimated arrival time = processing time + shipping time.
- Packages do not contain wax, glue or batteries due to customs regulations.
- Single orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
