DELIVERY
OVERVIEW
We have two different fulfilment centers in Japan and Hong Kong and your purchases can be delivered from all over the world, fulfilled by e-Express, Fedex, UPS, USPS and EMS with tracking code. The delivery cost is shown during the checkout process.
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible in order to prevent customers waiting any longer than necessary to receive their products.
Our system will flag and hold orders that appear to be undeliverable, but in cases where the transaction processes successfully, orders will be forwarded to the dispatch phase upon completion of the transaction.
Delivery time usually takes an average of 8-12 business days, depending on your location.
Most orders are delivered within 12 business days, however, in some cases, it may take longer, and up to 3 weeks.

Tracking
We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information.
Wrong address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct and incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
