RETURNS

  • If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this.
  • If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 20 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to COOLSIFY within 48 hours of delivery. If the deadline for reporting parcels during transit is not met, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods.
  • Once the item has been received at our warehouse you will receive an email confirming receipt. After receipt of your goods we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your gift will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
  • Refunds for shipping costs will be determined at our discretion.
  • We will do all we can to remedy the situation. Given the limited quantities of many of our products, a replacement may not always be possible.
