Refund & Return
OVERVIEW
Thank you for choosing COOLSIFY! If you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help you return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it.
- All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you a further email if it is approved.
- Only purchases on coolsify.com could be refunded or returned.
- Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not acceptable, it will be refused acceptance.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately. We will deal with it without a doubt. You need to provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Picture of damaged package and products
- Correct shipping address
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.
The following are not considered damage:
- The outer packaging is damaged while the product itself is fine
- Missing or damaged parts (If you find any missing or damaged parts when you open the product package(s), we are happy to replace them for free)
Return and Refunds
If you change your mind when receive the order, no worry. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after we approve your request.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
Important: We are not responsible for the shipping charge of returns and extra 3% handling charge of order value for personal reasons.
Returns Are Allowed For:
- Damaged products
- Wrong products received
Important: If you receive the wrong product, do not open the product. Please send it back to us, and we will cover the shipping fee and send the correct item at no extra cost.
You Cannot Return:
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to personal reasons
- Items returned after 30 days
- The outer packaging is damaged while the product itself is fine)
- Missing or damaged parts (If you find any missing or damaged parts when you open the product package(s), we are happy to replace them for free)
Important: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please package your return carefully, take photos, and get a receipt from the courier.
Return Address
Since we sell our products worldwide, we have multiple return addresses. Please contact us via email for assistance with your return and to get the nearest return address.
Packaging and Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping and packaging costs for returns. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for returned items may vary depending on the warehouse location.
Modifying Orders
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase. We are unable to make any changes or cancellations after this timeframe.
